Appoint a project manager to establish steady and effective contacts with clients, as well as perform the project management and coordination.
● Power translation evaluation and analysis
Develop the scope of work in accordance with clients’ requirements, make schedule for each work and then put forward the most effective method based on your objective.
● Power translation project preparation
The project manager and engineer will prepare the project localization documentation which shall be issued to team members, and establish the standard vocabulary.
● Power translation production process
Translation is the core of the entire project. We perform the parallel translation, proofreading and sampling assessment, and technical engineers will review the project on a regular basis for the purpose of promptly detecting and correcting problems, and thus assuring quality and shortening the project completion time.

Each production procedure has its own quality standards. We will reach these standards by sampling assessment throughout the project cycle and thus perform the effective quality control.
